Benjamin Faurie is Head of Human Relations at Telespazio France. Member of the Executive Committee leading the Group’s HR strategy, he defines and leads the company’s HR policy, social relations and health, safety and security protection. Benjamin joined Telespazio France in March 2023.

Before joining Telespazio, Benjamin has been working in a diverse range of industries over the past 15 years in France and in the UK, where he held various responsibilities within HR (business partnering, employee relations, reward, global mobility); an area about which he feels truly passionate. 
Throughout the years, Benjamin has developed a wide and strong expertise and knowledge in Human Resources gained in diverse leadership roles in pharmaceutical, IT and aerospace companies. He has particularly gained strong employee relations and industrial relations skills, in a global environment. 

Benjamin is people centric and has a real passion for all topics related to human beings. 
Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the IGS high school in Paris
